We charge a fee depending on the project perameters for an initial consultation which includes a site visit and discussing the renovation options and next steps.
Once we have a solid understanding of your project requirements, objectives and budget, we then refer you to one of our Interior Design or Architectural Partners who you will deal with directly as the design develops. We assist with design input, cost planning, and builder advice as the design develops. We provide a detailed quote for your prefered design, ensuring you know exactly what you are paying for. We charge a fee based on the project perameters for this process, which is credited back to you after we complete the construction phase.
